At Kenneth Cole, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original shipping date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip before securely sealing the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
